$阿里巴巴-SW.HK马校长虽然退居幕后了，但是马校长的长文信还是指出了阿里巴巴的问题，其实也是大公司的通病，越大的公司越容易犯错，无论是从实际的市场表现来看，还是股价来看，过去两年的阿里巴巴确实表现非常糟糕。对于阿里来说，业务繁杂，组织效率低下，失去用户，对股东也不友好，是最近几年的重大问题。好在阿里现在的股价也体现了这些利空因素，或许阿里如果能真正彻底改革，股价有望修复一波，毕竟每年也有上百亿的回购拖底。
