Australian IPO Express: Established Cantonese cuisine brand Yi Hui raised 5.75 million yuan in its listing on Drip Exchange Australia!

According to the official website of MicroConnect Macao Exchange (MCEX), on April 12, 2024, three outlets of the established Cantonese cuisine brand Yi Hui (brand code: HYHX) successfully listed Daily Revenue Obligations (DRO) on MCEX, with a total financing amount of RMB 5.749 million and an average partnership period of 13.5 to 48 months. Financial institutions such as Pengfa Fund and East Asia Securities Limited participated in the subscription of this batch of DROs.

Founded in 1998, Yi Hui Group primarily operates seafood restaurants and Cantonese cuisine, and has also incubated Japanese cuisine (including barbecue) and seafood hot pot categories. Since its inception, the company has aimed to create top-tier restaurants and has now become a reputable brand in Shanghai.

Since the release of the MicroConnect Macao Exchange General Standards (MAP) on January 16, 2024, MCEX has actively opened up and introduced a wide range of market participants to directly engage in the issuance and trading of DROs, enabling intermediaries, brands, investors, and other market players to leverage their strengths and empower micro and small businesses. In the coming period, multiple batches of diverse brand outlets will list and raise funds on MCEX, collectively building a diversified investment and financing market ecosystem.
