The short-blade battery has become everyone's optimal solution recently!
Gan Jiayue, CEO of Geely Auto Group, recently announced that Geely will launch a new generation of self-developed "blade-type" lithium iron phosphate battery - the Shield Short-Blade Battery by the end of June. This battery has achieved breakthroughs in safety, cycle life, fast-charging capability, and low-temperature discharge performance, with an energy density approaching 200Wh/kg. The new battery will first be equipped on the all-new pure electric SUV model "Galaxy E5".
