Suiyuan Technology supports Gansu Qingyang's computing power hub to achieve the target of 50,000 P scale by the end of 2024.

Yesterday, the first 10,000 P computing power of the National Computing Hub (Gansu·Qingyang) was launched, and the domestic 10,000-card computing power cluster was officially initiated. The "Talent Express" of the East-to-West Computing Resource Allocation project also held its inaugural ceremony. The event was attended by Liu Hongjun, Second-Level Inspector of the Gansu Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Yang Chengxin, Director of the Digital Promotion Division of the Gansu Provincial Data Bureau, Liu Rongfa, Second-Level Inspector of the Gansu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and Huang Zeyuan, Secretary of the Qingyang Municipal Party Committee. The meeting was chaired by Zhang Pingzong, Vice Mayor of Qingyang.

Zhou Jijun, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, delivered a keynote report titled "Strengthening the Intelligent Computing Foundation, Building New Quality Productivity, and Fully Creating the Nation's Largest Green Computing Power Ecological Base." He pointed out: "After more than two years of development, Qingyang has become the data center cluster with the largest incremental growth among the eight national computing hub nodes, establishing the city brand of 'China’s Computing Valley, Smart Qingyang.' Looking ahead, Qingyang will continue to focus on intelligent computing, building high-performance, high-efficiency industrial platforms to accelerate the construction of China’s computing power hub and industrial chain cluster, fulfilling the national strategic mission of East-to-West Computing Resource Allocation."

Zhang Yalin, Founder and COO of Enflame Technology, introduced the "new phase" of the domestic 10,000-card inference computing power cluster project at the meeting. He stated: "Enflame Technology is committed to creating a new paradigm for local intelligent computing centers, addressing the three core issues of who builds them, how they are operated, and where the users are, to help Qingyang become a national demonstration base for computing hubs. Enflame Technology will accelerate industrial scaling with the superior cost-performance of its new-generation products, serve enterprise-level customers with scenario-based capabilities to empower various industries, and create a closed-loop computing power industrial chain with core ecosystem cohesion."

Qingyang is one of the first batch of national integrated computing power networks, one of the eight national hub nodes, and one of the ten major data center clusters, primarily serving the computing power demands of regions like Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, the Yangtze River Delta, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. In response to the national strategy of "East-to-West Computing Resource Allocation," Qingyang has implemented various policies to comprehensively support digital industry development. Currently, ten green data centers are under construction, with computing power reaching 12,000 P and expected to reach 50,000 P by the end of the year, contributing to the construction of a national integrated big data center collaborative innovation system.
Since participating in the Qingyang Intelligent Computing Center cluster construction in 2023, Enflame Technology has actively followed the local government’s approach of "building, supplementing, extending, and strengthening the industrial chain," collaborating with upstream and downstream ecosystem partners to jointly create an East-to-West Computing Resource Allocation integration demonstration zone. It has introduced new models for computing power investment, exploring a full industrial chain pathway where intelligent computing centers are built and sold as one, achieving full capacity upon launch.
At today’s ceremony, Enflame Technology, together with ecosystem partners such as Tencent Cloud, Meitu, Zhipu AI, Wuwen Xinqiong, PerfXLab, VectorStack, and Zhongke Jiahe, initiated a proposal to jointly build the "East-to-West Computing Resource Allocation" industrial ecosystem, becoming the main ecosystem partners for the new-generation 10,000-card cluster.
