谈谈我的观点，在汽车行业也待了十多年了。女生在进入汽车行业里面，整车企业比较多的岗位是：
研发这边主要是研发体系管控，真正做一线研发的岗位，主要看专业的。在质量部门，供应商质量、体系体系也是可以去做的。项目管理部，这里女生有一些岗位的制造部门，并不适合女生去，都是男生占据的岗位。当然还有一些就是财务部、人力资源等等辅助支持的部门《2023 新能源汽车中高端人才趋势洞察报告》显示， 新能源汽车产业男女从业比例 8.5:1.5，其中女性多在人力资源、项目管理方向分布，其中研发设计领域女性占 7.02%；随着新能源汽车产品开始聚焦在用户的细节体验感上，相信在外观、内饰和智能驾驶体验等产品设计维度，女性视角的设计思路及传播思路可能会越来越受到车企重视。
