The forcibly demolished orchard in Yexian County has been established for nearly 9 years.

According to US Stock Research Society, it was reported that the pear orchard owned by Jia, a college student who returned to his hometown to start a business in Ye County, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province, was forcibly demolished by the local government without reaching a compensation agreement due to land expropriation for highway construction, sparking widespread attention. Today, the joint investigation team of Pingdingshan City announced that a comprehensive investigation will be conducted. Many netizens questioned the resume of Hu Weizhe, deputy county head of Ye County, claiming that he joined the People's Congress of Xinhua District at the age of 15.
Tianyancha App shows that the company associated with the forcibly demolished Pear Blossom Manor is Pingdingshan Pear Blossom Manor Co., Ltd. The company was established in December 2015, with Liu Yali as the legal representative and a registered capital of 3 million RMB. Its business scope includes planting and sales of fruits, flowers, vegetables, and seedlings, as well as deep processing and sales of agricultural products and flower tea. It is jointly owned by Liu Yali and Ma Lulu. Change records show that in January 2022, Jia resigned as legal representative, executive director, and general manager, succeeded by Liu Yali. At the same time, Jia withdrew from the shareholder list, and Liu Yali and Ma Lulu became the new shareholders. Annual report information indicates that the company had zero insured employees from 2016 to 2023.
