According to US Stock Research, Tianyancha App shows that recently, Zhonglv Dian (000537) underwent industrial and commercial changes, with the company's registered capital increasing from approximately 1.863 billion RMB to about 2.067 billion RMB.
Tianjin Zhonglv Dian Investment Co., Ltd. was established in March 1986, with Nian Jianjun as its legal representative. Its business scope includes power generation, transmission, distribution, investment activities with self-owned funds, research and development of new energy technologies, energy storage technology services, etc. It is jointly held by Luneng Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Chengtong Jinkong Investment Co., Ltd., and Three Gorges Capital Holding Co., Ltd., among others.
