这几天带着女朋友回 SYD 玩玩，因为时差的关系也没法好好盯盘操作，所以上周四就清掉了所有中概，全仓在 MU 和 TSLL 里慢慢浮亏。原本还在感慨过早离场错过了节后大的行情，结果今天一看 AH 给拉了坨大的，把社区不少朋友们直接给干到心态爆炸😂
过节期间虽频繁操作但账户收益却停滞不前，让人倍感焦虑。逐渐发觉到自己越注重收益率时，市场给到的负反馈就越大，因为自己的心态总会被浮动的数字影响不慎作出情绪化的操作。
在市场锤炼的过程就是修心的过程，希望大家也不要因为一时的失败自弃，总有重来的机会。
