美股研究社讯，据报道，近日，有细心网友发现 “听泉鉴宝” App 已上线一段时间了，主打鉴别、回收、交易。10 月 20 日晚，“听泉鉴宝” 自改名为 “听泉赏宝” 复播后又陷风波，连线 cos 女主播被批 “忘记初心” 后光速下播，粉丝认为其态度有问题。
天眼查知识产权信息显示，杭州良匠传媒有限公司于今年 3 月发表了 “听泉鉴宝” 和 “听泉寻宝” 软件和美术作品，并分别于 5 月、7 月、9 月陆续进行软件和作品著作权登记。该公司成立于今年 3 月，法定代表人为鲁海涛，注册资本 100 万人民币，经营范围包括营业性演出、演出经纪、非物质文化遗产保护、艺术品代理、工艺美术品及收藏品零售等，由鲁海涛和丁祥栩分别持股 51%、49%。
