Tianyancha App shows that the involved delivery company, Shenzhen Yimi Kitchen Catering Management Co., Ltd., was established in July 2018, with legal representative Liu Xuanbin and registered capital of 50 million RMB. Its business scope includes nutritional meal R&D, catering enterprise management, catering services, and meal delivery, and it is wholly owned by Shenzhen Yimi Yunzhan Technology Co., Ltd. Bidding information indicates that the company has won multiple projects, including meal delivery services for Huaxin Primary School in Futian District, off-campus meal delivery for Huayu Primary School in Longhua District, student lunch delivery services for Jingpeng Primary School in Futian District, and student lunch delivery for Buxin Primary School in 2021. Risk information shows that in July this year, 2.31 million RMB of equity held by Shenzhen Yimi Yunzhan Technology Co., Ltd. in this company was frozen for three years by the Longhua District People's Court in Shenzhen.

Additionally, Hangzhou Yimi Yuncan Technology Co., Ltd., wholly owned by this company, has one food safety record, with carrots failing the thiacloprid inspection.
