According to Meigu Research Society, Tianyancha App shows that recently, the status of Kunshan Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co., Ltd. has changed from 'active' to 'dissolved'. In October last year, the company had already issued a dissolution filing announcement, with the reason being 'resolution to dissolve'.
The company was established in September 2009, with KIM YEOIL (Jin Liri) as the legal representative and a registered capital of approximately $564 million. Its business scope includes R&D and production of new electronic components such as high-density interconnect multilayer printed circuit boards, as well as sales of self-produced products. Shareholder information indicates that the company is wholly owned by Samsung Electro-Mechanics Co., Ltd.
