2024 年 11 月 23 日消息，博世集团正加紧实施紧缩措施，计划再裁员 5500 人。受影响领域涵盖软件、电气部件和转向系统等，德国岗位受冲击尤甚，超一半此次裁员岗位在德。此次裁员原因在于对智能驾驶辅助系统等相关产品需求未达预期，这不仅影响博世产量增长与汽车制造商采购数据，还需其在技术创新上投入大量资金。
博世此前已公布在德裁员计划，此次规模远超预期。同时，与员工方谈判已开启，就业保障部分适用，而集团今年回报目标恐难达成，预计 2026 年才会再出现增长。希尔德斯海姆和施瓦本格明德工厂受影响严重，未来还将有多轮岗位调整，加上此前计划，博世未来几年将裁超 12000 个岗位，约半数在德国工厂
