25% of the profit has to be handed over to the government, and that's net profit. The wool comes from the sheep's back. Although the East says it's a win-win situation, the premise is mutual benefit. Is this 25% mutual benefit? If it's generally considered good news, I'd still sell it. I might make less, but at least I won't lose.
