I think Palantir is not just a simple tech consultant
Consultants are usually only involved in superficial aspects of construction
Palantir doesn't just deliver a solution/a platform/a software
What Palantir delivers is the final result, as they deeply participate in partners' operational construction
Also, although government/military business is Palantir's main revenue source
Its growth rate in commercial sector has been crazy in recent years, and all with big names - downward compatibility will be easy in the future
Comparing PLTR with IBM is quite ridiculous
