Although Longbridge can set stop-loss conditional orders, and the option costs are a bit high, most losses are caused by not stopping losses in time, not because of the transaction fees of options. Therefore, Account 1 of Longbridge is positioned as an intraday options account.

Account 2 has low option trading fees, but only has take-profit conditional orders, so it is often unwilling to manually stop losses. This leads to increased losses, and even the expiration options go to zero. Therefore, Account 2 will be used to buy US stocks and Hong Kong stocks in the future. Today, all judgments in Account 2 were correct. However, I made the mistake of averaging down on losses. Buying and selling were all based on my own judgment. At the opening, I bought SPX 686C at 1.3-1.6, and the take-profit conditional order was profitable. After the pullback, I continued to buy 686C at 1.5. There was no stop-loss here. It fell to 0.48 at most. At 0.7, it rebounded above the moving average and added 1 lot. According to the principle, losses should not be averaged down. Finally, I sold 2 lots at 1.5. Then at 23.00, I bought 687C at 0.64, and the highest was 1.15 without selling, greedily canceled the 1.1 conditional order. Then it fell back to 0.42, and I added 1 lot. Here, I felt that SPX would turn green. Then it started to rebound. I sold 1 lot at 0.75. After turning green, the conditional order was executed at 1.5. If the conditional order stops loss, will I buy again? What will happen if the position fails? Today's luck played a big role.
