追涨与追高的反思

3SBio and Innovent Biologics are both good stocks, but because I have too many experiences of chasing highs and failing, and the timing of buying and selling during the rise was not good, I made several trades with 3SBio. Although I followed the principle of building positions during big drops and adding positions during small drops, I still ended up buying too hastily a few times due to some profits, worrying that I wouldn't be able to buy back. As for Innovent, I bought at high levels, and several times when it rebounded near the cost line, I was afraid of selling too early and didn't act, resulting in more losses. You must look at weekly and monthly charts, distinguish between chasing highs and chasing rallies. As long as the weekly and monthly charts are not high, it's okay to chase daily rallies when the market is good. If the weekly and monthly charts are high, you must be especially cautious when buying during daily pullbacks. Always set strict stop-loss and remember this.
