it's probably not that you're incapable,
but that you're going uphill.
The real downhill path,
is never tiring,
only getting more comfortable,
and lower and lower.
Uphill makes you pant,
makes you doubt,
makes you can't help but ask:
"Did I choose wrong?"
But many give up,
not because they can't reach it,
but because they stop just before they're about to.
If you feel tired now,
it means you're not stuck in place;
if you feel it's hard now,
it means you're already some distance from mediocrity.
Push through.
The mountaintop won't welcome you with fanfare,
but there will be wind,
a view,
and things you couldn't see before.
That light,
wasn't lit for you by someone else,
you lit it yourself,
step by step.
