For small growth stocks

I still haven't found a suitable method

I've read Fisher's "Common Stocks and Uncommon Profits" several times

But after these years, I feel this kind of growth stock is too hard to find

The biggest problem is that retail investors like us have limited access to information

While being optimistic about the direction, we need to know the character and ability of the actual management team

Also the team culture - small companies usually make this information very difficult to find

If we could conduct on-site investigations that would be another story, but I don't have that capability yet
