CES 2026 | BOE Varitronix Drives Ecological Synergy and Sustainable Innovation with Dual Engines of 'Technology + Green'

On January 9, Pacific Time, the global tech event CES 2026 came to a close. BOE Varitronix, with "technology + sustainability" at its core, not only globally debuted multiple innovations such as the HERO 2.0 smart cockpit but also showcased over 20 green tech products and collaborated with numerous ecosystem partners to introduce 11 co-innovation technologies, fully demonstrating its global influence in sustainable innovation and industrial ecosystem co-creation.
Record Number of Green Products, Leading Industry Sustainability
At this year's CES, BOE Varitronix and BOE Group presented a record 22 green products, setting a new industry benchmark in energy efficiency, environmental protection, and health.
In smart mobility, the anti-glare OLED display and switchable anti-peep screen leverage cutting-edge OLED technology to enhance visual clarity and driving safety while achieving slimmer product structures and optimized energy efficiency. The 14.6-inch IGZO oxide low-frequency automotive display reduces power consumption by 50% and annual operational carbon emissions by approximately 50%.
In public and commercial displays, the photovoltaic dimming curtain wall adopts leading perovskite solar technology with the unique advantage of "low-light power generation". The BYH ULTRA P0.9 MicroLED display delivers fine image quality while maintaining ultra-low power consumption of 180W/m² at 600 nits, balancing visual health and energy efficiency. The 38.2-inch reflective coffee order display requires no backlight, enabling ultra-low power consumption and clear visibility even in bright environments. The 13.3-inch color e-paper digital signage replaces traditional paper signs, facilitating paperless transformation in retail and office scenarios with smarter remote management.
For years, BOE Varitronix has embedded sustainability across its operations, pledging to achieve carbon neutrality in its operations by 2050 and establishing a three-tier governance framework from the board to execution levels to systematically drive carbon accounting, energy-saving upgrades, and green energy adoption. The company has built a dual-certification system compliant with ISO 50001 Energy Management and ISO 14001 Environmental Management, extending green development to its supply chain through a digital platform for partner sustainability assessments. In manufacturing, its Chengdu and Heyuan bases were both recognized as provincial green factories, with the Chengdu base recently listed as a "near-zero carbon emission industrial enterprise" through distributed solar projects, smart energy systems, and recycling technologies. In product innovation, BOE Varitronix continues to launch high-quality, low-power, lightweight, easily disassembled, and recyclable products, with its 10.1-inch automotive LCD and 12.03-inch PHUD head-up display earning carbon footprint certifications.
Expanding Ecosystem Collaboration, Co-Creating Smart Living Experiences
At CES, BOE Varitronix partnered with ecosystem players to unveil 11 co-innovation products spanning smart cockpits, two-wheel mobility, smart home, and fitness, showcasing global ecosystem synergy.
The BD Cell cockpit solution, developed with ART, combines BOE Varitronix’s BD Cell display and pixel-level dimming for halo-free visuals. The custom smart dashboard for Keeway HYPERIDE-R e-motorcycles elevates riding tech experiences, while the 228 Connect smart home product with Navilink features high-contrast screens and minimalist UI. Additionally, collaborations with leading brands on earphone cases, smartwatches, and dual-screen translators further expand smart tech applications.
As a global tech firm, BOE Varitronix now operates in 16 countries/regions with nearly 600 ecosystem partners. During CES, it engaged over 40 partners, including premium automakers and industry leaders, with growing high-end collaborations underscoring its expanding global influence.
CES 2026 was not just a showcase for BOE Varitronix’s green tech and ecosystem achievements but also a new starting point for its innovation and sustainability commitments. Moving forward, the company will advance green product R&D, build sustainable operations, and deepen global partnerships, steadily progressing toward an "open, inclusive, innovative, and sustainable" industrial future.
