Google's parent company Alphabet has launched its first issuance of five-part pound bonds, including a rare 100-year bond. According to informed sources, the transaction will be divided into five parts: 3-year, 6-year, 15-year, 32-year, and 100-year bonds, with pricing expected later today. This transaction is being jointly coordinated and managed by Bank of America Securities, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, with Barclays, HSBC, and National Westminster Bank serving as joint bookrunners.
