$Proshares UltraPro QQQ(TQQQ.US) is a liquidity issue. Actually, the Fed should have cut interest rates to release liquidity a long time ago, but it just so happened to be at odds with Trump. The more you want something, the less I give it, stubbornly refusing to cut rates.
