Dozens of leading U.S. dealers attended the FF Par Summit, achieving a phased breakthrough in partner recruitment.

· The summit officially launched the FF Par "Co-creating User Ecosystem" model, creating an innovative sales and user operation ecosystem and upgrading the traditional dealer system.
· The FF Par model achieves a dual upgrade to the traditional dealership system: shifting from a single vehicle sales profit model to a continuous revenue structure of "vehicle sales + user operations + vehicle ecosystem operations"; simultaneously integrating partners into the co-creation ecosystem, allowing dealers to participate in and share FF's capital value.
· The company has reached cooperation intentions with multiple industry-leading automotive dealers, including several core leading dealer groups within their respective brand systems.
Beijing Time (February 13, 2026) — Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. $Faraday Future Intelligent Electric(FFAI.US) (hereinafter referred to as "Faraday Future," "FF," or "the Company"), a California-headquartered global shared intelligent electric mobility ecosystem company, today announced the successful hosting of the FF Par Summit in Las Vegas on February 5 (Pacific Time), achieving phased results. This summit marks the official launch and strategic establishment of the FF Par model. Centered on "Co-creating User Ecosystem," this model builds a hybrid platform with deep integration of sales and user operations, representing a significant upgrade to the traditional dealership system.
Several members of the company's core management attended the summit, including Global User Ecosystem Head and FF AI-Robotics Co-CEO Chris Chen, Senior Director of Sales and Network Management Iris Deng, Senior Director of B2B Sales Scott Wang, and relevant heads of the after-sales, delivery, and automotive finance teams. They provided a detailed introduction of the FF Par model to approximately 75 guests on-site.
This closed-door summit was held concurrently with the company's new robotics strategy launch and coincided with the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) annual convention in Las Vegas. In addition to the three humanoid and quadruped bionic robot products showcased at the convention, the company officially launched the "Trinity" FF EAI Robotics ecosystem strategy, technology, and product system. This system comprises three core components: EAI Terminal, EAI Brain & Open Source Platform, and EAI Decentralized Data Factory.
Summit Receives Positive Feedback, Leading Dealers Signal Cooperation Interest
The summit received positive on-site feedback, with the FF Par model gaining widespread recognition from dealers. It has now entered a phase of continuous communication and in-depth engagement. Based on discussions, multiple dealers expressed agreement with the cooperation mechanism proposed by FF, which is built around shared growth and aligned interests. Simultaneously, dealers gave positive evaluations of the model's flexible architecture, believing it can simultaneously support automotive and EAI robotics businesses within the same system, demonstrating strong integration capabilities and development potential.
During exchanges, many dealers believed that the FF Par model has achieved a good balance between innovative exploration and operational feasibility. While considering growth potential, it also addresses industry concerns regarding capital investment scale, inventory risk, and profit pressure.
Several core leading U.S. dealer groups have expressed cooperation intentions, including top luxury brand dealers with outstanding performance within their respective brand systems. These dealers possess mature operational capabilities, stable customer bases, and strong market execution, creating favorable conditions for subsequent cooperation between both parties.
FX CEO Max Ma stated: "The FF Par Summit held in Las Vegas last week was of great significance to the company and a key step in advancing our U.S. sales channel strategy. As high-quality dealer partners have successively expressed interest in cooperation and reached consensus on the model's philosophy, the company has laid a solid foundation for channel expansion and deep cooperation in 2026 and beyond."
Innovative Hybrid Model Reshapes Dealership System Structure
The FF Par model centers on a central digital transaction platform, linking experience centers operated by local partners to form an online and offline synergistic channel system, balancing scale expansion capability and capital efficiency. By combining unified online transactions with local experiential services, the model creates a light-asset operational structure, significantly reducing partners' inventory pressure and capital occupation risk, and avoiding the inventory financing burden under traditional wholesale systems.
Regarding price management, FF Par relies on a central digital settlement system to achieve nationwide uniform pricing, reducing internal brand price competition. At the same time, the model builds a diversified revenue structure around vehicle sales, user operations, and smart device ecosystem operations, enabling partners to participate in value creation throughout the product's entire lifecycle, without bearing the pressure from high inventory, high operational costs, and price fluctuations inherent in traditional dealership models.
Against the backdrop of increasing industry capital investment and continuous pressure on profit margins, the FF Par model is seen as a more pragmatic upgrade path for the traditional dealership system.
Next Phase Advancement: Accelerating Pilot Layout in Key Regions
Following the summit, the company has entered the specific implementation phase. FF will continue to engage with partners who have expressed intentions and potential partners regarding cooperation scope, regional layout, and phased implementation plans. Pilot work will be advanced in key markets including California, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Washington, Texas, Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, and Massachusetts. The advancement pace will be coordinated with key milestones of the FX Super One and EAI Robotics products. Simultaneously, the company will continue communicating with interested channel partners regarding cooperation frameworks and incentive mechanisms, and begin refining a new version of the FF Par cooperation agreement and tiered cooperation system to prepare for subsequent large-scale expansion.
