$Yelp(YELP.US) acquired Hatchify and then partnered with OpenAI, catching the wave of the AI era. Its valuation shouldn't be lower than $Zeta Global(ZETA.US); moreover, the latter is losing money, while the former's P/E ratio has long been maintained at 22~28, and now it's been beaten down to only 8.5~9. A recovery to 18~22, which is a 40% increase, is not unreasonable.
