Ignore the big shots, sharing a small trick to make some late-night snack money with small capital in short-term trading

1: Make some late-night snack money, tens or a few hundred dollars is no problem

2: Doesn’t require much capital, but tests your speed

3: Relatively high success rate, not too risky but still some risk

4: Note, don’t do it when the market is unstable, and never hold overnight

Posted before, old friends should know, new friends might not have seen it

Recently too tired to watch the market, haven’t done it lately, posting some records from last year

The logic is: From watching the market, Tesla often has small movements at the end of the session

Around 50-55 minutes, pulling shadows up & down, so those who can trade the swing can catch this short-term spread

Specific operation: Take yesterday as an example, during the last 50-55 minutes, the stock was in a V-rise, the corresponding 430CLL, low at 2.8 at 50 minutes, rose to 3.1 by 53 minutes, then you can place an order at 2.8, if there’s a sudden movement, you can get it at 2.8, then immediately place an order at 3.2, that’s a $0.4 per contract spread, 5 contracts is $200 profit

From my own experience, usually $0.3, don’t be greedy, because it’s an instantaneous spike, being greedy with a higher ask might not get filled

Why is the risk relatively low? Because for a $3 call, you place an order at $2.8, if there’s no spike, you don’t lose, but if there’s a spike and you get filled, there’s already some room

If interested, you can try with one contract a few times, find your own pattern

Always be aware of the risk, don’t be greedy, if your speed isn’t up to it, don’t bother$Tesla(TSLA.US)
