在內地經營腫瘤醫療機構的美中嘉和周一（1 月 30 日）再度遞交上市申請，中金及海通國際為保薦人和整體協調人。據美中嘉和申請文件，公司至 9 月底首三季收入按年增 0.5% 至 2.9 億元人民幣（人民幣，下同），列帳虧損收窄 12% 至 5.38 億元。
美中嘉和於去年 5 月也曾經遞交上市申請，惟申請去年底失效。
美中嘉和於內地共有 7 個自營醫療機構，包括兩家腫瘤醫院、3 家診所、1 家影像診斷中心及互聯網醫院，正在建一家自營腫瘤醫院。
美中嘉和預期，集資款項將用於：擴建醫療機構並升級設備基礎設施；上海醫院質子中心採購質子治療設備、建設質子治療中心及後續質子治療臨床應用；投資研發及人才培養；升級其 CSS 服務，以擴大業務規模及市場份額；提升互聯網醫院的服務範圍和能力，以及一般營運資金用途。
