Orders$新鴻基地產.HK旗下屯門兆康 NOVO LAND 將於未來兩周內逐步上載樓書，開放示位，以及上載價單，並料於月底開售。
新地副董事總經理雷霆在記者會上表示，對於聯儲局最新加息 0.25 厘，可預見加息步伐開始放緩，以及利息見頂，而大型港銀亦可見維持最優惠利率 (P) 不變，過去兩個月的一個月 HIBOR 回落一半，反映加息對樓市壓力已消除。他料今年市場總成交量按年顯著反彈，全年樓價升 5% 至 10%。
對於負資產宗數創 18 年新高，雷霆稱，負資產僅代表樓價短期跌幅情況，同時亦未見拖欠情況，目前樓市狀況「根基穩固，健康發展」。
