Steady Voyager文旅部統計，春節假期國內旅遊出遊按年增 23.1% 至 3.08 億人次。法國外貿銀行（Natixis）亞太區首席經濟學家 Alicia Garcia Herrero 指，自清零政策鬆綁後，市場對中國經濟愈來愈樂觀，據該行統計數據，今年城際流動指數按年飈升 6 成至 200 點，而 2020 年僅爲 50 點，顯示城際流動性出現強勁勢頭，有望擺脫疫情帶來的負面影響，釋出令人鼓舞的信號。
法外貿認爲，旅遊業的復甦是中國經濟表現的重要序幕，疫情前國内旅遊收入達 5.7 萬億元人民幣，佔 GDP 的 5.8%。該行續指，旅遊收入每增加 1%，中國的名義 GDP 就會增加 0.2%，倘若内地旅遊收入完全恢復至 2019 年水平，旅遊業對 GDP 的貢獻有望提高至 0.6 個百分點。
不過，她也提醒，中國經濟要達到該行目前預測的增長 5.5%，也需留意旅遊業以外其他行業的發展。
