I used to think that the more expensive something is, the better it is, and the more luxurious the lifestyle, the healthier it is.

Later, I gradually understood:

Expensive ingredients cannot buy a good constitution;

Abundant material possessions cannot purchase peace of mind;

A refined life does not equal happiness and longevity.

What truly nourishes a person,

is not rare delicacies, but regular routines;

not fine clothes and food, but a peaceful mindset;

not high-end consumption, but simplicity and steadfastness.

Eat simply, live simply,

Movement clears the meridians, stillness nurtures the heart and mind,

No comparison, no anxiety, no internal strife,

Respect the laws of nature, revere the body,

A plain and stable life is the way to live the longest.
