Bush aircraft carrier set sail from Virginia on March 31st. At the conventional speed for a carrier strike group to cross the Atlantic at full speed and enter the Middle East, it takes approximately 15 to 20 days. Considering the ceasefire negotiations have just been ongoing for two weeks, it is expected that by the time the USS Bush arrives in the Persian Gulf, world peace will have already been achieved. The three aircraft carriers will then barbecue together on the deck in the Persian Gulf, welcoming the arrival of the May Day holiday.
