Finally got a contract, let's go for 20!
CleanSpark $CleanSpark(CLSK.US) has signed a 20-year, $6.6 billion data center lease agreement with an undisclosed high-rated global technology company for its campus in Sandersville, Georgia.
The lease covers a critical IT load of 175MW, with delivery expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2027.
The contract revenue could increase to $11.6 billion if extension options are exercised.
The tenant has also signed letters of intent and exclusivity agreements for CleanSpark's 885MW Texas project portfolio.
