Aoyou 2026 Semi-Annual Earnings Forecast: Revenue Expected to Be Approximately RMB 3.065 Billion to 3.165 Billion, with Core Business Fundamentals Remaining Stable

Ausnutria 2026 Semi-Annual Performance Forecast: Revenue expected to be approximately RMB 3.065 billion to RMB 3.165 billion; core business foundation remains stable

On July 24, Ausnutria (1717.HK) released its performance forecast for the first half of 2026, expecting revenue of approximately RMB 3.065 billion to RMB 3.165 billion. After excluding one-time inventory adjustments, non-cash asset impairments, and other related impacts, the company's core business operations remain stable, with an expected core operating net profit of approximately RMB 155 million to RMB 255 million.

The announcement indicated that Ausnutria's performance in the first half of the year faced 阶段性 pressure due to a combination of external industry environment changes and internal proactive adjustments. Externally, factors such as changes in the international logistics environment, fluctuations in transportation costs, and stricter regulations have disrupted the supply rhythm and fulfillment efficiency of some products. Internally, the company proactively advanced channel inventory optimization, SKU structure streamlining, resource allocation adjustments, and overseas operational architecture upgrades around its core brands, products, and channels; meanwhile, based on the principle of prudence, it conducted asset assessments and recognized certain non-cash asset impairments. These related one-time adjustments impacted the current period's profits.

Ausnutria emphasized in the announcement that although these adjustments create pressure on short-term profits, they will help improve channel inventory structures, enhance the freshness of terminal product age, and optimize consumer experience in the long run, laying a more solid foundation for the healthy development of subsequent business. With firm confidence in the company's long-term development prospects and intrinsic value, Ausnutria stated that it would, subject to compliance with share repurchase authorizations and relevant regulations, initiate a share repurchase plan at an appropriate time to effectively safeguard the overall interests of the company and all shareholders.

The dairy industry has currently entered a stage of refined competition, where enterprises compete not on scale alone, but on resource allocation efficiency and operational quality across the entire industry chain. Industry insiders believe that Ausnutria's proactive adjustment is essentially trading short-term "burden removal" for long-term "lightening the load," a strategic choice made based on firm confidence in future development, thereby solidifying the foundation for sustainable growth.
