Likes ReceivedIf you observe truly wealthy people around you, you'll notice a common trait: even if they know someone is incompetent, they won't offer reminders, guidance, or unsolicited advice. Even if their cognition and experience far surpass that person's, they won't easily give suggestions. Why? Because any guidance or preaching requires energy expenditure. The lowest form of emotional intelligence is constantly lecturing others. The wise speak sparingly, while the foolish are keen on giving orders to everyone. What persuades a person is never logic, but hitting a brick wall; what awakens a person is never preaching, but hardship.
