Reasons: Although Microsoft, Amazon, and Google have all mentioned increasing capital expenditures, these are only minor adjustments. However, the market expectation for storage is that prices will continue to rise due to supply shortages. If Microsoft, Amazon, and Google can drive earnings growth with limited increases in capex, why would they still spend heavily on purchasing storage? Additionally, domestic competition has intensified. I believe the current movement in storage is merely a rebound, and bursting the valuation bubble has only just begun.
