Hello everyone!

The plot that has unfolded in the market these past few days is incredibly dramatic. Let's take a look at these three events:

1. Wall Street capital is hunting Korean retail investors. SK Hynix's earnings report missed expectations due to annual fixed pricing for HBM. The information that HBM's gross margin is significantly lower than that of general-purpose storage products was explicitly stated during Micron Technology's earnings call. This is an open secret, known long ago; the question is, where did this expectation come from? It's as obvious as Sima Zhao's ambition.

2. Everyone is concerned why Kioxia's earnings and outlook are identical, with no beat. This suggests that both the outlook and market expectations were priced too high. There is a huge gap between SanDisk's earnings outlook on April 30 and Kioxia's outlook on May 15. Bain Capital, the largest shareholder, cleared all its Kioxia shares in early July. Are these coincidences?

3. Leopold, the 24-year-old "AI Prophet" once hailed by Silicon Valley, saw his positions wiped out overnight. With peak profits of 439%, he was forcibly liquidated within three days by Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America. His $45 billion position was sold off cheaply to Citadel. More dramatically, on the very same day Citadel took over these positions, the stocks collectively rebounded by 15% to 29%. This series of operations has been questioned by some netizens as a carefully designed harvest.

These three events, along with a series of performances by investment banks and certain institutions spreading rumors about rate hikes, are not isolated incidents. They indicate a collective hunt meticulously planned by Wall Street. SanDisk is Leopold's second-largest holding, and some media reports have incorrect data.

This is roughly what happened and the reasons behind SanDisk's stock price plunge!

Let's talk about SanDisk's earnings after the market close on Wednesday. I have recalculated, and it will far exceed SanDisk's outlook of $33. This is certain. The calculation logic and data are sound. When I originally calculated, Kioxia's previous earnings report had not yet been released. I had already calculated it in previous articles, and I still believe it remains that figure. Due to Kioxia's earnings, conservatively speaking, it should be between $40-$50. I still believe it will not fall below $45. We will verify this in a few days.

The decline in SanDisk and storage chips has exceeded my understanding, as has the A-share market. This is just market risk! Profits for this year have already been whittled down by 2/3, with returns retreating to 2%, far beyond what I imagined! Let's just say it was a wild ride!
