🔥 Non-farm payrolls + earnings season continue!
The US July non-farm payrolls are the focus of this week. If the data beats expectations, September rate cut expectations may cool down; if the data weakens, the market will again speculate on loose monetary policy hopes.
AAPL's earnings were bright overall, with revenue of $109.4 billion and EPS of $2.02, but service revenue and Greater China region were slightly lackluster. The stock price returning to around 300 is actually not a big drop. MSFT is still supported by AI + cloud computing and remains a market focus.
The Hang Seng Index for HK stocks looks at 26,300 first. It has accumulated significant gains in July, with opportunities to relay in early August; but September-October are traditional months for stock market crashes, so vigilance must be heightened.
