阿里巴巴从亚马逊走向了伯克希尔，好处是各个业务板块的价值可以充分释放，坏处是赋能能力没有以前的架构强。
而鉴于各个业务板块目前绝大多数在市场都是头部企业，这种情况下，如果独立上市可以带来的溢价会更高，带动母公司的价值。
当然，竞争激烈的领悟如何在保有母公司业务的前提下，开辟新市场，比如说菜鸟，这确实是考验，毕竟京东物流、顺丰、极兔等等都不是吃素的。
