期內收入 1021.54 億元，跌 10.27%；稅前虧損 5.61 億元，而上年同期除稅前溢利 70.16 億元；營業虧損 4.84 億元，而上年同期營業利潤 73.68 億元。
馬鋼指，期內收入減少主要係受經濟下行、需求萎縮等因素影響，鋼材價格自第二季度開始逐漸下行，下半年仍維持低位震蕩，較上年同期降幅明顯，同時受環保限產因素影響本年鋼材銷量也較上年降低。
