Be the only」，中文是「别成为最好的，成为唯一的」，出自 KK。「唯一性」，即「客户非他不可」，在老东在此前帖子「什么企业才配谈估值」中，被认为是企业可以估值可以买卖决策的前提，对于企业家而言，则是要找个独特的 “生态位”，不怕竞争，但是这句话也是人生的核心战略。有什么事情，是我们自己做起来感觉轻而易举，就好像游戏一样，别人当个工作做却都怎么做都做不好的。做是这样的事儿，基本不需要简历，也注定是轻松愉快的。 // 什么样的企业才配谈护城河（网页链接）
