33.7%！钙钛矿/硅叠层光伏电池效率新记录
新纪录创造者来自沙特阿卜杜拉国王科技大学 (KAUST)，KAUST 光伏实验室 (KPV-Lab) 宣布钙钛矿/硅叠层太阳电池最高效率，认证效率达到 33.7%，超越了此前其创造的 33.2% 记录。
据研究人员称，这是迄今为止世界上最高的串联设备效率。该效率通过了欧洲太阳能测试装置 (ESTI) 的认证，并在 NREL 的最佳研究电池效率图表中名列前茅。
2023 年 4 月，KAUST 光伏实验室宣布生产出了一种钙钛矿/硅串联太阳能电池，其率转换效率达到 33.2%。此前行业串联钙钛矿太阳电池的最高记录为德国科学家创造的 32.5%。 据悉，自 2016 年以来，KAUST 团队就一直在稳步完善钙钛矿/硅串联电池概念。他们不断在开发新的材料、方法和设备结构，并应对基本挑战，例如如何用钙钛矿材料均匀地覆盖硅电池的微米级金字塔表面等
