(hereinafter referred to as "Guofu Hydrogen Energy") signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "China Gas") on March 28. The two parties will carry out in-depth cooperation around green hydrogen supply, liquid hydrogen application, city gas hydrogen blending, and green methanol production, using multiple regional markets in Hong Kong and the mainland as a fulcrum to jointly expand the commercialization path of hydrogen energy and inject new momentum into the technological implementation and global layout of Guofu Hydrogen Energy (02582).

This cooperation closely aligns with the national "dual carbon" strategy and highlights Guofu Hydrogen Energy's leading position in the core equipment and green hydrogen supply fields. As a leading enterprise with the largest market share in the mainland hydrogen refueling station equipment market for five consecutive years, it will explore cooperation with China Gas from multiple perspectives, including providing internationally certified (ISO, ASTM, etc.) green hydrogen resources through Guofu Hydrogen Energy's renewable energy hydrogen production base in Inner Mongolia. In the mainland market, the two parties aim to upgrade city gas hydrogen blending technology, with Guofu Hydrogen Energy leveraging customized green hydrogen distribution solutions to establish hydrogen blending scenarios in collaboration with city gas companies under China Gas, gradually expanding the application of hydrogen energy in city gas. Notably, both parties will actively explore the use of green hydrogen resources from Inner Mongolia to promote the development of green methanol production capacity, further extending the application of hydrogen energy across different value chains. Guofu Hydrogen Energy (Hong Kong) Development Co., Ltd., as the core executing entity, will rely on Hong Kong's international platform to coordinate the output of liquid hydrogen technology and project implementation, accelerating the global industrial chain layout.

This cooperation is significant for Guofu Hydrogen Energy. On one hand, by deeply binding with a century-old energy giant in Hong Kong, it validates the applicability of the "production, storage, transportation, and application" full-chain technology in the Hong Kong and international markets; on the other hand, it promotes the accumulation of commercial experience in multiple hydrogen energy scenarios, providing benchmark cases for Guofu Hydrogen Energy to expand domestic and overseas markets. In the future, both parties will refine implementation plans through feasibility studies, continuously releasing the carbon reduction potential of hydrogen energy in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the mainland, leading a new ecology of energy transition
