英伟达已通知中国客户计划在 7 月推出修改版 H20 芯片
According to a report from Singapore's Lianhe Zaobao on May 9, about a month after the U.S. government imposed export restrictions on NVIDIA's H20 artificial intelligence chip, it is reported that NVIDIA plans to launch a downgraded version of the H20 for the Chinese market within the next two months. Reuters quoted three sources on May 9, stating that NVIDIA has informed its major Chinese customers, including giants in the cloud computing sector, that it plans to launch the modified H20 chip in July. It is reported that NVIDIA has established new technical thresholds to guide the design of the modified chip. Insiders say that compared to the original H20, these specifications will significantly downgrade the chip's performance, including a substantial reduction in memory capacity
