Recently, a consumer complained on the Black Cat Complaint platform, stating, "I spent over 1,800 yuan on JD.com to purchase two LABUBU third-generation products, but when I opened the box, it was empty. There was not a single LABUBU toy inside; instead, it was filled with random trash, including old pillows, fans, slippers, and so on." The consumer told Sina Technology, "I bought the two LABUBU boxes as gifts, and since I heard that the supply was tight and there were rumors online about possible counterfeit products, I recorded a video while opening the package. However, when I opened it, it was all this junk like broken pillows and slippers." In response, Sina Technology reached out to JD.com for verification, but as of the time of publication, there has been no official response. The official customer service of JD Index stated, "The product is definitely guaranteed to be genuine. Relevant colleagues have already intervened and are handling the issue."
