People's Bank of China: In order to adapt to the transformation of the monetary policy operation framework and the development of the financial market, more emphasis will be placed on the transmission of monetary policy. The central bank will further optimize and streamline evaluation indicators, clarify the classification assessment for various types of institutions, and strengthen the linkage with the assessment of bond market makers. The adjusted evaluation method for primary dealers will be implemented starting in 2025, and the list of primary dealers for open market operations in 2025 will remain unchanged. Primary dealers that behave improperly during the evaluation period will be suspended from participating in open market operations, and those with serious violations will have their primary dealer qualifications revoked in the following year
