According to informed sources, Zhonglian Yungang Data Technology Co., Ltd. (ZData) is seeking approximately $500 million in private credit to fund a project in Malaysia. As demand for digital infrastructure surges, similar transactions are emerging in Asia. ZData plans to use the proceeds to build a data center in Johor, Malaysia.
