In August 2025, China, the United States, the European Union, Japan, the United Kingdom, Australia, South Korea, Canada, and New Zealand implemented 327 vehicle recalls, with a total recall quantity of 3.316 million vehicles. By component classification, the most recalled items were instrument panels, lighting and auxiliary devices with 67 recalls, followed by body and interior, and braking systems with 45 recalls each, and airbags and seat belts with 40 recalls, accounting for 20.49%, 13.76%, and 12.23% of the total recalls, respectively
