According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CAROTE (02549) announced that the company's board of directors received a notification from its controlling shareholder Yili Investment Holdings Ltd (Yili Investment). Based on the recognition of the company's value and confidence in the overall business development and growth potential of the company, Yili Investment plans to increase its shareholding in the company within six months from the date of this announcement, with an amount not less than HKD 20 million (shareholding increase plan). As of the date of this announcement, Yili Investment holds a total of 400 million shares in the company, accounting for approximately 72.62% of the company's issued shares (excluding treasury shares). According to the information available to the company and to the knowledge and belief of the directors, if the shareholding increase plan is implemented, the company will still maintain a sufficient public float of issued shares.
