HYSAN DEV (00014.HK) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangyun, entered into an agreement on October 3rd with Sharp Focus Limited, owned by the wife of non-executive director Li Qian, to sell a unit in the residential project Zhulin Garden at Mid-Levels for a price of HKD 56.39 million, with a usable area of approximately 2,191 square feet.
On the same day, Guangyun also entered into an agreement with the company's chairman Li Yunlian's son, Nicolas Hugh Ingram, to sell two units in Zhulin Garden, with usable areas of 1,451 and 1,503 square feet, for a total price of HKD 77.23 million. As both individuals are related parties of the company, this constitutes a related party transaction under the listing rules
