According to the announcement from DESUN SERVICES (02270), its wholly-owned subsidiary Desun Property Service Limited has signed a share transfer agreement with Going Securities Holding Limited, under which Desun Property agrees to purchase a 15% stake in Going Securities (HK) Limited and has completed the payment. Going Securities (HK) Limited holds 100% of the shares in Going Securities Limited. Through this transaction, Desun Property will indirectly hold a 15% stake in Going Securities.
Going Securities is a licensed corporation recognized by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong (Central Number: BPS863), holding licenses for regulated activities in Type 1, Type 2, Type 4, Type 5, and Type 9. It is also a vice-chairman unit of the "Hong Kong Web3.0 Standardization Association," which brings together several leading institutions in the industry.
