Samsung Electronics plans to invest approximately 1.1 trillion Korean won to introduce two latest High-NA dual-stage extreme ultraviolet lithography machines. According to industry insiders, Samsung Electronics previously introduced only one High-NA EUV device for research and development at its Gyeonggi-do campus, and the machines being introduced this time will be used for "mass production of products." Samsung Electronics plans to introduce one machine within this year and another in the first half of next year
