Hong Kong's Sing Tao Daily cited unnamed sources reporting that JPMorgan Chase is in negotiations to lease all three buildings of the Art Square project under construction in West Kowloon. The bank plans to relocate its existing offices in Central and Kwun Tong to the new location. Given that the total floor area of the project reaches 670,000 square feet, it could become the largest lease in Hong Kong
